Intensive Japanese course ★ AZABU JAPANESE LANGUAGE SCHOOL

This special Japanese language course is offered students who would like to get Japanese quickly. This program is designed for those who wish to out of their learning experience. This intensive "CRASH" Course will significantly future your Japanese knowledge in the shortest possible time. This effective method taught through out the day in morning or afternoon.We prepare five different levels of Japanese, from beginner (foundation) to high beginner. The course covers the following areas; -speaking, listening, reading, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary. There is duration for this course and it is possible to continue for as long as is needed.

Concerning class size the minimum two and the maximum is six for per class; the average is 2-4 students in a class exception high season.

We prepare five different levels of Japanese, from beginner (foundation) to high beginner.

There is duration for this course and it is possible to continue for as long as is needed.

The class will begin from the beginning of the each month, and continue for 4 weeks
or as much as students can continue.The class will be held at Azabu Japanese Language Institute
(AJLI) office from Monday to Friday from 9:00a.m. until 12:00p.m.
*Minimum enrollments of 1 student is required for this class to be offered. However if student study alone, the length of the class is shoter.We can offer two hous.The fee is same as group lesson. After starting the course when new student join you, the class of the length is longer.

The one-to-one-intensive is held from anyday,any time which a student would like to start.
The student is able to decide by himself/herself a pales where is held his/her class.

Tuition fee:

The cost for the courses is 80,000 yen for 20 lessons.
When you join after the course began, the tuition is discounted.
(If you apply from overseas, you have to pay 5,000 yen as a registration fee.)
Tax is included. Textbook and other material fee are not included in the fees.

If students can pay for two months or three months, they can get discount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

After the first class, no refunds will be issued and no fee credit for enrollment into future classes will be allowed. If a course applied to be cancelled by Azabu Japanese Language Institute, the entire tuition fee will be refund.

All bank service charges are deducted when the refund transfer is made.
After accepting your cancellation, we will transfer within one month.

1. Fill out the application form and answer the questionnaire, out the necessary information in the school entrance application documents (application form and questioner) and send to us.

2. Complete the level check test sent form us and send us. The level check is necessary exception complete beginners.

3. We send an invoice. Transfer your tuition fee from your bank. On confirmation of payment of your fee, you will be enrolled as a member of the course, and your position will be reserved.

We are small school and we don’t make only each one class. Our courses are formed with 4 students exception high season. So they are small size. If you would like to study at our school, an application is faster, the better.

2. In the case of absence, you will not be able to make up the missed class. If you are going absent or late, please let us know, even if it is on short notice or on the day of the class.

3. If you miss a class, if you would like to take catch-up lesson to make up for the missed class, there is an extra fee for each catch-up lesson.

4. If you feel you are falling behind in your class, please take a catch-up lesson as soon as possible. Otherwise it will become difficult for the teacher to manage the class and may cause problems for the other students.

5. If it is difficult complete the course of study in the predetermined time period, it may be possible to extend the number of classes. In that case there will be a charge of \3,000 + 5% for each additional class.

6. It’s very important to help each other in class, but it’s not always beneficial for learning purposes. Even if you know an answer that is to be provided by another student, please do not answer right away but give him/her a little time to think. In a group, a little patience is required.
